FAQs

Delivery & Set Up

Delivery and set up are include, in over all price.
$30 travel & delivery charge, for locations out of Nashville(37206), up to a 50 mile radius.
More than 50 miles outside of Nashville subject to additional fees.
All spaces must be approved, before set up.

Cleaning & Pick-Up

All equimpent and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized, before and after each rental.
Customer is responsible for having equipment clean and free from all part supplies at time of pick-up.
If balls are out of the ball pit an extra pick fee will be charged.
If equipment is returned in an extremely dirty condition as deemed by Tot-Topia at the time of pick-up a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
Damaged or stolen soft play equipment will be chargeable at an appropriate amount, i.e. cost or repair or replacement
Damaged or stolen soft play equipment will result in customer replacing/repairing items.

Payment

$100 nonrefundable deposit required, on all packages, before confirmation of reservation.
No booking will be confirmed until the deposit is received in full.
The balance most be paid the day before reservation.
The rental is up to 4 hours from your event start time.

Cancellation

All deposits are non-refundable, but transferable.
No refund of the deposit will be given if outdoor parties are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions.
Rentals can only be cancelled, without additional fees, if done 4 hrs before event time.

Outdoor Use

In the event of bad weather the equipment must be covered or moved immediately to prevent damage.
It is the responsibility of the client to have a suitable site ready for the soft play equipment.
The area must be flat, well drained, clear from glass, and clean of debris.
We cannot set up on dirt or gravel.
During high temperatures, all equipment must be in a shaded area or under a tent to prevent over heating of equipment.
